Job summary

The Emerald Group Ltd is seeking a Business Change & Test Analyst to support the delivery of business and technology change initiatives. The role blends Business Analysis, Project Support and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, documenting processes, preparing and executing test scripts, coordinating UAT, and supporting project delivery and readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Analysis, Business Change or Project Support.
• Experience with UAT, testing and defect management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience producing requirements, process maps and project documentation.
• Exposure to Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and process maps.
• Prepare and execute test scripts for UAT scenarios.
• Coordinate UAT activities with business users and IT teams.
• Support project delivery and readiness for business adoption.
• Contribute to process improvements and project documentation.
