Business Change Consulting Manager - Defence Sector

Location: Bristol / Corsham (Hybrid, 3 days on-site)

Clearance: ACTIVE MOD DV

A great opportunity for a highly skilled Business Change Consulting Manager with excellent experience in Change Transformation to help deliver country critical technology transformation to Defence and National Security clients.

As the Business Change Consultant, you'll lead complex change initiatives that make a real difference to mission-critical programmes. You'll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking, rapidly growing consultancy environment that values expertise, innovation, and doing the right thing for clients.

Responsibilities

• Leading the planning and delivery of change initiatives aligned with digital and IT transformation goals.
• Designing safe, defensible operating models and processes using best-practice methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Driving Business Process Design, Re-engineering, and Continuous Improvement activities.
• Translating business and technical requirements into actionable solutions with robust governance.
• Supporting bids and proposals for technology-led consulting assignments.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering large-scale, technology-enabled transformation in Defence.
• Engaging senior stakeholders and aligning complex change with organisational goals.
• Defence Digital or Defence digital programmes (highly desirable).
• Active DV clearance.

Additional Details

This Business Change Consulting Manager role will see you working on some of the UK's most high-profile Defence programmes, shaping change in the defence arena. This role is hybrid with time on-site in Corsham (minimum 3 days per week) and occasional travel to client sites.
