We are seeking an ambitious Business Change Consultant specialising in Identity and Access Management to work with our client in a secure environment, supporting challenging projects.

This contract role requires security clearance prior to assignment and is based fully onsite in Gloucestershire.

The IdAM project focuses on implementing identity and access management technologies and processes across diverse geographic and stakeholder environments.

The Business Change Consultant will work within a small team, collaborating with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and technical Subject Matter Experts to manage complex work packages.

Responsibilities

• Apply business change techniques and processes to deliver business value.
• Engage with stakeholders and develop processes to enhance user experience of IdAM services.
• Manage scope of change from simple to complex, including testing and implementation.
• Collaborate with diverse communities to assess impact and viability of changes.
• Communicate via formal documents, web content, and email.
• Report to Business Change Lead or Project Manager.

Skills and Competencies

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Effective team player and independent worker.
• Influence and guide team members and stakeholders.
• Apply standard Business Change and Analysis techniques.
