Consult is seeking a Business Service Readiness Consultant for a hybrid London engagement requiring 1–2 days on site per week. The contract is 3–6 months+ with no visa sponsorship. The role focuses on organisational readiness for product/service launches and adoption, engaging with public sector clients.

The consultant will assess organisational impacts across people, processes and ways of working, and define practical actions to support service adoption and operation.

Qualifikationen

Summary

Do you have experience of providing business and organisational readiness expertise, on an end-to-end transformational product or service launch involving adoption, people, processes and operational outcomes?

This consulting opportunity is to support our client, a leading public sector organisation, in assessing organisational & enterprise readiness for products and services, considering the people, processes and operational arrangements needed to support effective adoption and ongoing service performance.

The project needs a consultant who has:

• strong business or operational enterprise readiness experience
• understanding of end-to-end product and service adoption
• experience assessing organisational impacts across people, processes and ways of working
• ability to identify practical readiness requirements going far beyond technical delivery
