Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Business Centre Manager for our Gloucester location. This is a full-time, on-site role where, working with a customer service assistant, you will be the face of our business centre, responsible for driving occupancy and ensuring smooth daily operations of our serviced offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Promote the business locally, prospect new clients, and build relationships within the community.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
  • Facility Management: Oversee maintenance and safety of the facility.
  • Team Leadership: Manage staff and coordinate with contractors such as cleaners.
  • Marketing: Implement local marketing strategies and network to attract and retain clients.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience: Management experience in workspace, hospitality, property, or retail sectors is advantageous. Candidates supporting managers in similar roles are also encouraged.
  • Customer Service: Strong skills with the ability to handle difficult situations gracefully.
  • Organisational Skills: Highly organised with excellent administrative capabilities.
