Location: Basingstoke RG21

Salary: £35,000 - £36,000 / Negotiable

Our client is a well-established business with over 80 sites across the UK.

The Business Centre Manager role is central to our client's growth, serving as the key link between the site and both new and existing customers, and responsible for delivering key performance metrics and standards.

We seek a candidate with strong business acumen, enthusiasm, and excellent customer service skills.

You will be responsible for the daily operations of the business centre, line management of the assistant manager, and overseeing maintenance operations.

The Role Involves:

• Managing relationships with new and existing customers.
• Overseeing the daily operations of the site.
• Driving revenue through new sales and income stream enhancements.
• Handling monthly billing, invoicing, P&L, cost analysis, and sales activities with new customers during site visits.
• Supervising the administration team.
• Conducting regular site audits with key stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with all company procedures, health and safety policies.
• Occasionally overseeing other sites as required.
