Job summary

Boots is seeking a Business Architect in Nottingham (Beeston) to drive the People Transformation programme. You will shape future-state HR processes, align with business objectives, and support the broader HR technology changes across the organisation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate workshops, and help ensure successful delivery through stakeholder engagement and robust requirements gathering. A strong background in HR processes and change management is essential.

• Build strong stakeholder relationships and champion a consistent, efficient approach to business processes.

What you'll be doing

As part of the Business Architecture network, you'll play a key role in ensuring successful delivery of the People Transformation programme. You'll support the design of future-state processes, ensuring they align with business objectives and functional requirements, and enable the People Function to work more effectively.
