Boots is seeking a Business Architect to lead the design and delivery of HR transformation initiatives on-site in Nottingham/Beeston. You will shape future-state HR processes, align them with business goals, and enable the People Function to operate more effectively.

The role demands collaboration with stakeholders, process mapping, and ensuring change impacts are understood and addressed throughout the programme. A focus on continuous improvement and strong communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support testing activities, including the development and execution of UAT scenarios and scripts.
• Work closely with project, data, and reporting teams to ensure successful delivery of programme outcomes.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and champion a consistent, efficient approach to business processes.

What you'll be doing

As part of the Business Architecture network, you'll play a key role in ensuring successful delivery of the People Transformation programme. You'll support the design of future-state processes, ensuring they align with business objectives and functional requirements, and enable the People Function to work more effectively.
