Job title: Pega Business Architect

Location: Stevenage, Hybrid

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Business Architect with Pega experience to join our technical Scrum team, playing a key role in defining and mapping requirements for a new digital-first solution. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders, technical architects and development teams to ensure seamless data migration, system development, and SaaS application integration.

What you will be doing

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis
• Translate business needs into Pega specific requirements.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with technical teams and Pega developers.
• Work closely with data specialists to ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems.
• Support system architecture discussions and ensure technical feasibility.
• Identify integration requirements for third-party SaaS solutions.
• Work with development teams to design and test integrations, ensuring compliance with security and operational standards.

You will have the following experience:

• Certification such as PCBA (Pega Certified Business Architect) or PCSA (Pega Certified System Architect) is essential.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Knowledge and experience within the latest version of Pega.
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, user story writing, and backlog management.
• Experience in data migration, SaaS integration, and system development projects.
• Ability to engage with both business and technical stakeholders, translating complex needs into actionable work.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience.
