You’ll run workshops, gather requirements, and create AS-IS/TO-BE processes, while contributing to change management and agile delivery within client projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ Business Analysis experience.
• Previous consultancy experience is essential.
• Experience working across the full project lifecycle.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience facilitating client workshops.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with business process modelling and requirements tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the link between business stakeholders, delivery teams and technology teams, translating challenges into deliverable solutions.
• Create AS-IS and TO-BE process maps to illustrate current and future ways of working.
