Job summary

Anson McCade is seeking an experienced Contract Business Analyst for a major public sector digital transformation programme. The role offers hybrid working with 2 days onsite per week in Manchester or Leeds, and an umbrella arrangement inside IR35.

You will gather and document business and user requirements, run workshops with stakeholders, and translate complex needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Strong Agile delivery experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Public sector BA experience required.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Extensive experience writing user stories and managing requirements.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business and user requirements
• Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders across multiple business areas
