Job summary

Anson McCade is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our software delivery team and bridge business stakeholders with technical teams. You will translate business needs into clear technical requirements and support technology-enabled transformation.

In this role you will elicit and document requirements, create user stories and process maps, collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Testers, UX/UI Designers and Architects, and support Agile ceremonies and planning.

Qualifications

Elicit, analyse and document business and technical requirements.
Create user stories, functional specifications, process flows and business rules.
Desirable: Public Sector experience and a professional Business Analysis certification.

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyse and document business and technical requirements.
Create user stories, functional specifications, process flows and business rules.
Work with Product Owners, Developers, Testers, UX/UI Designers and Architects.
Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement and prioritisation.
Conduct business impact assessments and support implementation planning.
Support testing, defect triage, business readiness and change activities.
Use SQL and data analysis to validate requirements and identify trends or data issues.
Identify technical risks, dependencies and constraints.
