• Recent degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field required.
• 1–3 years work experience in banking/finance or fast-paced tech environments preferred.
• Proven ability to map processes, gather requirements, and drive automation.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse and document current processes to identify inefficiencies and automate opportunities.
• Design and support streamlined workflows for better control and scalability.
• Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Support testing and implementation phases to ensure objectives are met.
• Engage with stakeholders and facilitate workshops to shape solutions.
• Collaborate with designers and developers using Salesforce workflows and Figma.
