Job summary

Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking seeks a seasoned Business Analyst/Project Manager with 6-9 years within Financial Services or Capital Markets. You will gather requirements, define functional specs, and drive delivery with Front Office and IT, ensuring robust testing and UAT.

Strong stakeholder management and cross‑team collaboration are essential. Candidates should understand the commodities lifecycle, with operations insight and experience coordinating distributed international teams.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management within Financial Services or Capital Markets.
• Strong Business Analysis experience, including requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience defining functional and technical specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with Front Office and IT teams.
• Experience with testing, UAT and delivery management.
• Experience managing project milestones, backlogs and priorities.
• Strong understanding of the Commodities environment and trade lifecycle.
• Experience with physical commodities lifecycle from an Operations perspective is highly desirable.
• Experience working with distributed / international teams.
