Overview

Seeking an experienced Overseas Contractor with 5 to 7 years of expertise in Capital Markets including derivatives to support business and technology initiatives.

Job Description

Collaborate with stakeholders across Capital Markets to gather analyze and document business requirements related to derivatives and other asset classes. Understand and map current business processes to provide functional design inputs for technology solutions. Create highquality documentation such as Business Requirements Documents BRD , functional specifications and workflows. Manage requirement traceability from inception through testing and delivery. Analyze complex data sets and develop flow diagrams, highlevel summaries and process workflows. Partner with development teams to assist in troubleshooting defect resolution and ensuring quality delivery. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in Capital Markets to recommend adoption strategies. Collaborate with technology leads to shape strategic architecture aligned with the organization\'s technology roadmap. Drive best practices for technology evaluation selection and implementation within Capital Markets.
