Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Business Analyst to lead feasibility studies and deliver cost estimates for new FX and Money Market product functionality. You will work closely with Front Office, IT and risk teams to map pricing models and trade workflows, ensuring accurate requirements and timely delivery.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, exceptional analytical skills and proven ability to translate complex term sheet data into actionable specifications for project approval.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst with SME knowledge in Money Market products.
• Background in a top-tier bank setting with front-to-back product knowledge.
• Strong understanding of FX and MMT assets, and ability to map products from term sheet data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the feasibility study for new product functionality in FX and Money Markets.
• Gather formal business requirements and review as-is / to-be workflows for trade booking.
• Provide detailed product analysis and map pricing models; estimate Front Office delivery effort.

Project description

To lead analysis for delivery of new product functionality for FX and Money markets products. A feasibility study is required to confirm requirements, determine solutions and estimate effort and costs.

Responsibilities

• The requirement is to complete the feasibility study and finalise cost estimates. In order achieve this there is a significant amount of Front Office analysis required. This will consist of:o Supporting the business to gather formal Business Requirements.o Supporting the business to review and provide input into As-is and To-Be workflows for trade booking and lifecycle.o Detailed product analysis for FX and MMT products and support driving the solutions.o Mapping producs into templates and carrying out detailed analysis to map pricing models.o Providing estimates for the Front Office delivery to feed into the project approval process.o Ability to deal with trade booking querieso Completing project/work-stream status reports.o General ad-hoc support for any new requirements or issues related to project.o Supporting our Front Office as being the primary contact for tasks and issues.

SKILLS

Must have

• MUST HAVE: Business Analyst experience with SME knowledge in Money Market Products for Investment Bank
• Business analysis experience working for a top tier bank
• Excellent product knowledge across FX and MMT asset classes
• Ability to understand and map a product from term sheet data
• Ability and experience of working under pressure - both autonomously and within a team
• Ability to liaise with business and IT stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
• Solid communication skills - both written and oral
• Good overall knowledge of the Murex platform
• Good knowledge of bloomberg.
• Excellent understanding of PL, Risk and Market Data
• Excellent understanding of trade booking and trade lifecycle
• Understanding of curve construction, simulation, trade pricing
• A strong delivery track record and someone who can really take ownership of the feasibility study
• A good understanding of RET interfacesPersonal:
