Job summary

Telecom Acquisitions Ltd. in Horsham is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to drive process improvement, map customer journeys, and deliver change across the business.

This permanent, full-time role is based on-site in Horsham with core hours 8:30am-5:30pm and a salary up to £40k depending on experience. You will work with stakeholders across departments to capture requirements, translate them into future-state designs, support UAT, and embed new processes.

Qualifications

• Proven BA or process improvement experience in regulated/customer-facing industries.
• Strong process mapping and requirements gathering, with Lean/Six Sigma familiarity.
• Experience translating requirements into functional specs, user stories, and test scenarios.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and process-mapping tools like Visio.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, map, and optimise end-to-end business processes using Lean principles.
• Gather and translate complex requirements into future-state designs and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops, support UAT, implementation, and adoption of new processes.
• Produce high-quality business documentation and artefacts.
