Job summary

Cummins is seeking an enthusiastic Business Analyst placement student for our Drivetrain and Braking Systems Site in Redditch. You'll learn how a global company operates, gaining tools and exposure to become an industry expert while supporting data analysis and reporting.

The placement begins Summer 2027, with onsite work part of the week; travel or relocation to Redditch may be required. You will develop dashboards, work with operational teams, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Management, Economics or related field.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI is advantageous.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst student to join our team specializing in Supply Chain Planning at our Drivetrain and Braking Systems Site in Redditch. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry.

This role is available to candidates who qualify for a placement year and will commence Summer of 2027.

The requirements are to be onsite for part of the week so you will need to be able to travel or relocate to the location on your own behalf.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
