What You’ll Be Doing

• Mapping and analyzing our current (AS-IS) operating model across LGPS Central’s investment and operational landscape.
• Supporting the design and documentation of the future (TO-BE) model to improve our investment capabilities and governance frameworks.
• Collaborating with colleagues and external partners to develop clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Ensuring all analysis supports our pooled investment structure, complies with regulatory standards, and aligns with strategic goals.
• Contributing to business change initiatives that uphold our fiduciary duty and commitment to excellence in LGPS delivery.
