The Role:

• Design and recommend technology-driven solutions that streamline operations, drive efficiency, and elevate the customer experience.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Leverage data insights to inform business decisions and evaluate performance metrics.

The Candidate:

• Strong background as a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in process improvement and project delivery
• Familiar with Microsoft technologies, including Azure and Microsoft 365
• Clear and confident communicator
