Boots UK is seeking a Business Analyst – Integration in Nottingham to support a major HR transformation programme. You will bridge business stakeholders and delivery teams, defining and managing integration requirements across API, file-based and event-driven landscapes.

As a Business Analyst – Integration at Boots, you will play a crucial role in supporting the integrations workstream within a major HR transformation programme. Reporting to the Programme Business Analyst, the role will work closely with business stakeholders, Integration Solution Architect, HR Systems Integrator, Project Manager, and Integration Engineering teams. The role is responsible for analysing, defining and managing integration requirements required to support the implementation of HR Systems and its integration landscape. The successful candidate will have strong experience of enterprise integration projects. The Business Analyst will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring that integration requirements are clearly understood, documented and traceable throughout the programme lifecycle.
