Job Title: Business Analyst - Insurance (Contract)

Location: Hybrid - London

Duration: 3 months, likely extension

Day rate: Negotiable, depending on experience

Our insurance client is looking for a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in property, claims management, TPA coordination, and process mapping. The ideal candidate will conduct interviews, document current processes, identify pain points, and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, specifically in property claims and/or TPA engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of the London Lloyd's market, specifically claims.
  • Proven experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of insurance claims workflows, regulatory requirements, and TPA business models.
  • Experience with automation/machine learning.
  • ROI and benefit analysis skills.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
