Responsibilities

Foster + Partners is an architecture and planning practice that delivers extraordinary projects with local and global impact. Its Technology department uses processes and technology to improve operational outcomes across the practice.

Задачи

• Engage with stakeholders at all business levels to define technical and non-technical problems and improvement opportunities;
• Develop and maintain product or operational roadmaps with teams and stakeholders;
• Define complex solution requirements and manage delivery, including Agile backlog development and maintenance;
• Rationalise competing stakeholder requirements to identify appropriate solutions;
• Define technical and human-centred business processes, solution scope, and stakeholder responsibilities;
• Develop and test workflow, integration, UI, and automation code or scripts for applications;
• Prepare and implement production changes through the IT change control process;
• Design and deliver change management strategies to improve application adoption and end-user productivity;
• Enhance solution performance analytics and reporting to support data-driven service delivery and continuous improvement;
• Lead the development of training materials and support training and workshops;
• Maintain confidentiality of information processed, stored, or accessed by the network;
• Establish and promote software support, maintenance, and enhancement guidelines, best practices, and standards;
• Monitor industry trends and vendor product roadmaps to identify improvement opportunities;
• Use databases, reporting, and enterprise application systems across On-Prem and Cloud Based environments;
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
