Job summary

Morson Group is seeking a Business Analyst for Higher Education, focusing on student recruitment and admissions transformation in London. You will review the end-to-end applicant journey, shape operating models, and gather requirements to support technology platform selection.

Experience in HE, stakeholder management, and delivering IT-enabled change are essential. Flexibility for hybrid working and collaboration with multiple stakeholders is expected.

Business Analyst – Higher Education- Student Recruitment & Admissions

Business Analyst with Higher education experience , ideally around student recruitment & admissions transformation is required for our leading Russell Group London University client.

The Business Analyst will focus on reviewing and redesigning the end-to-end student applicant journey, shaping future operating models, gathering and managing requirements, and supporting the selection of new recruitment and admissions technology platforms.

Business Analyst – Higher Education- Student Recruitment & Admissions

• Strong experience working as a Business Analyst within a project/change environment.
• Strong business process transformation experience
• Extensive experience within higher education, ideally within student recruitment & Admissions
• BA experience across process analysis, requirements and stakeholder engagement. Higher Education experience would be particularly useful, especially around Student Recruitment & Admissions.
• Experience delivering IT-enabled business change
• Strong business process modelling and requirements elicitation skills
• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews
• Evidence of applying different analysis approaches relevant to the particular initiative and the business need
• Ability to analyse complex business problems and translate them into practical solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

Business Analyst – Higher Education- Student Recruitment & Admissions

• Higher Education sector experience.
• Student Recruitment, Admissions, Student Records or Student Lifecycle knowledge.
• Target Operating Model (TOM) design.
• Service Design and Customer Journey Mapping.
• Technology procurement, RFP or supplier selection experience.
• BCS / ISEB Business Analysis qualification

3- 4 month initial contract £450-£500pday inside IR35- Hybrid working-1- 2 days per week on site in central London
