Job summary

Morson Group is seeking a Business Analyst for Higher Education, focusing on student recruitment and admissions transformation in London. You will review the end-to-end applicant journey, shape operating models, and gather requirements to support technology platform selection.

Experience in HE, stakeholder management, and delivering IT-enabled change are essential. Flexibility for hybrid working and collaboration with multiple stakeholders is expected.

Qualifications

• Business analysis within project/change environments.
• Higher education experience, ideally in student recruitment & admissions.
• BA practice across process analysis, requirements and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience delivering IT-enabled business change.
• Facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Ability to translate complex problems into practical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Review and redesign the end-to-end student applicant journey.
• Shape future operating models for student recruitment & admissions.
• Gather and manage requirements and support selection of new recruitment & admissions technology platforms.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across competing priorities.
