Job summary

Catering in Ramsgate is seeking a Business Analyst / SAP PS Sub-Process Lead to support an SAP project. Hybrid working, 1 day on site, rate £27.69-£29.23 per hour. 37.5 hours per week. Temporary initially until 31 December 2026, with potential to extend into 2027.

You will bridge business users and technical teams, translating requirements into SAP processes and solutions, working with UK, US and Australia teams, and helping manage scope, risks and delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP PS (Project System) experience required.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ideally including Project System.
• Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or Sub-Process Lead experience.
• Strong project and process management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing project scope, resources, risks and deliverables.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly to audiences.
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Act as the link between business users and technical teams during the SAP implementation.
• Understand and communicate SAP functionality and process changes to different audiences.
• Facilitate project planning sessions covering scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines.

• Monitor project progress, budgets and KPIs; develop and maintain plans, schedules, milestones and resources.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure requirements and objectives are understood.
• Help ensure the project delivers measurable business value.

We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst / Sub-Process Lead with SAP PS experience to support an ongoing SAP project.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced SAP professional who can bridge the gap between business users and technical teams, helping to translate business requirements into effective SAP processes and solutions.

As you will be working with colleagues across Australia and the US, some flexibility around working hours will be required.

The Role

You will play a key role in supporting the project, working with stakeholders across the UK, US and Australia. You will be responsible for helping manage project scope, requirements, risks and delivery, while ensuring stakeholders are kept informed throughout.
