Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, Project Controlling, and/or Business Performance Improvement.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualisation and modern reporting tools.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable management insights and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and maintain workload, resource and financial plans for Landing Gear engineering functions; monitor deviations, manage change requests and realign forecasts.
• Analyse and report on KPIs and operational metrics; build dashboards to provide leadership with accurate data for decision making.
• Evaluate existing processes to identify pain points and drive improvements across the Landing Gear engineering team.
• Provide guidance on core business operations and project management best practices to the engineering community.
• Proven ability to build trust with stakeholders and communicate complex data effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in modern digital tools and data visualisation.
