Business Analyst – North West/Hybrid

Salary: Up to £45,000 plus bonus and wider benefits.

With a plethora of complex projects and programmes happening across this business, I’m looking for a top‑notch Business Analyst to join during this extremely busy, challenging yet exciting time. You’ll work on‑site a couple of days a week with an enterprise‑scale customer, helping deliver high‑impact projects and programmes across the organization. Projects will vary, initially focusing on Revenue Assurance where you will ensure the company correctly bills, collects, and protects all entitled revenue, while also exploring opportunities to maximise revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the client on‑site, gathering high‑standard requirements and managing stakeholders effectively.
  • Work on Revenue Assurance projects, ensuring accurate billing, collections, and revenue protection.
  • Explore revenue maximisation opportunities.
  • Participate in data‑driven projects, applying process‑mapping skills.
  • Adapt quickly to changing requirements in a fast‑paced environment.
