Boots UK is seeking a Business Analyst - Data Migration to support a large-scale HR transformation programme. You will analyse, define and manage data migration requirements, mappings, quality, archival needs and reconciliations to support a successful implementation.

As a Business Analyst - Data Migration at Boots, you will play a crucial role in supporting a large-scale enterprise data migration programme for our HR Transformation. Working closely with the Data Migration Lead, HR stakeholders, Project Manager, Solution Architect, HCM Systems Integrator and incumbent HR platform suppliers, the role is responsible for analysing, defining and managing data migration requirements, data mappings, data quality activities, archival requirements and reconciliations required to support successful implementation. The Business Analyst will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring that data migration requirements are clearly understood, documented and traceable throughout the programme lifecycle. The successful candidate will have strong experience of enterprise data migration programmes, complex data analysis and stakeholder engagement.,
