Job summary

JLL is seeking a Business Analyst to join Corrigo's Services team in the UK. You will analyze requirements, design processes and coordinate testing across client projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and deployments.

Work with Deployment, Customer Success and Integrations teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions, maintain rigorous data quality and deliver measurable improvements for SaaS clients.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting business needs analysis sessions and documenting requirements.
• Knowledge of use case development.
• Proficient with MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word and Excel; customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze and document requirements for new or improved processes and systems.
• Design scalable end-to-end business processes with controls and metrics.
• Collaborate with technical staff to enhance or develop solutions.
• Prepare and execute test strategies and training for new systems.
• Support business users and address complex issues with documented recommendations.
• Monitor projects to ensure solutions meet business and functional needs.
• Identify opportunities for additional services or integrations.
