This candidate, reporting to the Deployment Manager, will be responsible for utilizing their analytical skills throughout various phases of projects, including business requirement & process analysis, development of configuration and execution plan, configuration, testing, and implementation.The candidate will work to solve identified client/system issues, develop test cases and/or test strategies and maintain and create business requirements – for multiple projects. The Business Analyst will help perform an array of tasks required as requested by the Services Group.This position requires a technology-savvy individual who has experience in working with SaaS Clients and in driving company strategies. They will work directly with our clients and help to ensure continuous success.
