Job summary

JLL in London is seeking a Corrigo Platform Analyst to manage and optimise the Corrigo CMMS across facilities operations. You will act as a liaison between technical systems, operations, and clients to ensure data accuracy and reporting efficiency.

The role focuses on configuring workflows, troubleshooting issues, and delivering KPI insights while supporting onboarding of new sites and vendors. On-site in London, with collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS or work order management systems (Corrigo experience strongly preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Good communication skills for working across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Background in facilities management, real estate, or property operations being advantageous.

Corrigo Platform Analyst - Job Description

The Corrigo Platform Analyst is responsible for managing, optimising, and supporting the Corrigo CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) platform used across facilities and property management operations.
