Qualifications

• Experience delivering business improvement and change projects.
• Ability to interpret data and challenge processes.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, business analysis, project management or continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvement projects from scoping to implementation and evaluation.
• Analyse processes and data to identify efficiency and service improvements.
• Collaborate with managers to review practices and drive sustainable change.
• Use metrics to measure impact of improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and embed new ways of working.
• Develop resources promoting continuous improvement.
