Job summary

Notting Hill Genesis is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to deliver significant change initiatives across the organisation. You’ll work with business stakeholders and delivery teams to understand needs, identify opportunities for improvement and define solutions that enhance services for residents and colleagues.

You’ll translate strategic and operational priorities into clear requirements, support solution design, testing and implementation, and ensure that change delivers tangible value

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting testing, training and implementation of new systems or services.
• Strong analytical ability with the capacity to present complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assess resources and budget required to deliver the change.
• Document business processes with cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities for change and value for money.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and co-create solutions.
• Gather, define and prioritise requirements and user stories; ensure sign‑off by project board.
• Produce acceptance criteria and ensure traceability from idea to delivery.
• Plan the test phase and manage testing activities with suppliers and leaders.
• Support training, user guides and handover for business‑as‑usual.
• Manage small projects or workstreams within larger programmes using NHG methodology.
