3-Month Contract (Possible extensions)

Up to £425 per day (Inside IR35)

Primarily Remote/Hybrid

My client is a high-profile consultancy partnered with an instantly recognisable firm to recruit a Business Analyst with change management experience to join a business-critical programme.

Must haves:

• Demonstrable experience as a business analyst with working knowledge of change management and strategy within large, complex organizations.
• Experience working in an agile environment, utilizing agile methodologies.
• Experience working with Jira and associated tooling.
• Ability to provide reporting and analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organisational skills with experience in change impact assessments, process mapping, and requirements gathering (As is, to be).
• Strong analytical approach with a strategic mindset.
• A positive, proactive, delivery-focused approach.
• Exceptional communication skills and excellent stakeholder management.
• Experience working in a Health and Safety environment in Utilities / Energy / Construction / Engineering / Transportation.
• Flexible approach towards hybrid working, including probable travel to site locations.

Nice to have:

• Business Analysis certification.
• Digital products experience within Health and Safety (H&S).
• Direct experience of change management, preferably with digital product adoption.
• Experience providing training for the adoption of new processes.
