3-Month Contract (Possible extensions)
Up to £425 per day (Inside IR35)
Primarily Remote/Hybrid
My client is a high-profile consultancy who are partnered with an instantly recognisable firm to recruit a Business Analyst with change management experience to join a business-critical programme.
Must haves:
- Demonstratable experience as a business analyst with working knowledge of change management and strategy within large, complex organisations.
- Experience of working in an agile environment, with the use of agile methodologies.
- Experience working with Jira and associated tooling.
- Ability to provide reporting and analysis to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organisational skills with previous experience of change impact assessments, process mapping and requirements gathering (As is, to be)
- Strong analytical approach with a strategic mindset.
- A positive, proactive delivery-focussed approach.
- Exceptional communication skills and excellent stakeholder management.
- Experience working in a Health and Safety environment in Utilities / Energy / Construction / Engineering / Transportation
- Flexible approach towards hybrid working, including probable travel to site locations.
- Business Analysis certification
- Digital products experience within Health and Safety (H&S)
- Direct experience of change management (preferable with digital product adoption)
- Experience in providing training towards the adoption of new processes.
