Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business requirements for enhancements to Citi Quote and related systems.
• Collaborate with traders, technology teams, and external clients to improve workflow efficiency and system usability.
• Refine system integration with CitiVelocity FIX protocol and RFQ processes.
• Coordinate between Citi Quote, EQRMS, SETI, COMET UI, and CFORE for pricing, booking, and hedging operations.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose automation solutions for Straight Through Processing (STP).
• Create functional specifications and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Prepare and deliver training to internal and external users.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong experience in Pricing within financial technology.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years in financial markets, derivatives, or trading technology.
• Deep understanding of OTC Options RFQ workflows and electronic trading platforms.
• Experience with FIX protocol, CitiVelocity, and structured product booking mechanisms.
• Proficiency in business analysis techniques, requirement gathering, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Familiarity with automation, risk management systems, and STP processes is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

Certifications:

• Business Analysis Certified Business Analysis Specialist in Capital Markets, Core Banking, or Payments.
