A contract opening for a Business Analyst with ServiceNow experience / knowledge

Business Analyst: ServiceNow

Duration: 6 months+

Rate: £600 - £714 per day

IR35: In scope

Start date: Beginning of July 2025

Location: Remote (some travel to workshops etc)

Our large Gov't client seeks a strong Business Analyst profile with ServiceNow experience / knowledge.

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Senior Business Analyst to supplement the existing Digital, Data & Technology Services team and lead the analysis for IT-enabled business change projects.

To be effective you will be familiar with a range of digital / web services and solutions, ideally with ServiceNow technologies have been applied.
You will be an excellent communicator and be able to rationalise complex information to make it understandable for others to work with.

The successful candidate will have:

• A proven track record of Business Analysis throughout the project lifecycle; from eliciting user requirements that accurately capture user needs in formats tailored to suit the intended audience(s), to procurement, delivery and implementation of successful solutions / services
• Experience / knowledge of ServiceNow
• Experience of mapping out 'as-is' and 'to-be' landscape and undertaking gap analysis
• Experience in business change, rationalisation and transformation
