An innovative bank is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive transformation strategies and enhance operational efficiency. This role involves working closely with the Head of Transformation to identify and implement process improvements, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure effective change management. Role Purpose
Due to business requirements, we are now looking to acquire the services of a 'Business Analyst'. The Business Analyst will work closely with the Head of Transformation and MI developing and executing the Bank’s Transformation strategy.
Identify, document, and facilitate the improvement of processes and activity across the Bank, including both systems and manual processes. Work with existing suppliers and onboard new suppliers where appropriate. Work with the business to implement the change, ensure new processes are understood, embedded, and tracked.
