- Clearly articulate product features and benefits

- Experience in the banking sector ideal on core retail banking/finance platforms
- Private banking, Savings, Current Accounts, Loans, Asset Finance , Commercial lending, Equity release
- Can-do attitude, able to quickly pick up and use new project, product and technology skills
- Understands client's business, capture what they need and resolve challenges
- Has excellent communication skills and is credible, personal and engaging with clients to help them through the transformation
- Has strong experience of key phases of an end-to-end delivery life cycle
