Reporting to the Head of Risk Transformation, the role involves identifying, analyzing, and documenting risk requirements aligned with transformation objectives, supported by the company's architecture and technology.

Responsibilities

• Gather detailed user requirements by analyzing current business processes and reporting capabilities outlined in high-level Risk work packages.
• Verify requirements for completeness, consistency, and feasibility, ensuring they conform to business standards.
• Recommend solutions and technologies to meet transformation needs within project timelines.
• Implement quick-win solutions using standard templates to establish a scalable platform within a realistic timeframe.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to review and prioritize requirements as needed.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to plan business readiness, including testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing.

Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject or equivalent work experience in computer science.
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar Business Analyst role, with experience in ETRM processes.
• Technical understanding of data solutions using Power BI, Python, Azure, and SQL.
