Job summary

Camino Search is seeking a Business Analyst in Bristol to join a growing financial services client. The role focuses on gathering requirements, documenting processes, and supporting product and technology teams to deliver outcomes.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple functions on a new platform proposition to improve client experience. Hybrid working, based in Bristol, with 1-2 days in the office.

Camino Search is currently partnering with a financial services client based in Bristol hiring for a Business Analyst.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and scaling business, collaborating with senior stakeholders across multiple function to help build a new platform proposition which will improve the client experience.

You will be responsible for gathering requirements, documenting key processes, and supporting the product and technology teams with real accountability for outcomes and delivery.

We are looking for curious, proactive, and engaging individuals looking to join a business in growth stage, supporting a key project and CTO priority with opportunity to step into multiple different projects down the line.

Paying up to £50,000 per annum, based in Bristol working hybrid 1-2 days per week in office.

You’ll be someone who can:

• Understand how a process works and challenge where it could work better
• Turn conversations and ideas into clear briefs, requirements and actions
• Work closely with stakeholders and technology teams to get things moving
• Help shape and roll out new platforms and ways of working
• Get comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and Microsoft tools
