Job summary

Investigo is seeking a Business Analyst to join a collaborative change team delivering business improvements within the energy sector. You will run workshops, capture requirements, assess impacts, and support change delivery from inception to implementation.

The role focuses on internal change initiatives and minor releases, requiring quick ramp-up to gas industry processes and effective stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis within change or transformation projects.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, process modelling and traceability.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Confident in facilitating workshops and engaging with business stakeholders.
• Previous experience within the energy sector is highly desirable.
• Able to hit the ground running and quickly understand existing business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions.

Location: Midlands - 1 day a week, Thursday

Day Rate: Up to £475per day (Inside IR35)

Contract: Initial 6 Months

A Business Analyst is required to join a leading organisation delivering business change within the energy industry. This is an exciting opportunity to support a range of internal change initiatives, minor releases and business improvements, working closely with stakeholders to deliver practical solutions.

Working within a collaborative change team, you'll be responsible for running workshops, assessing business impacts, capturing and documenting requirements, and supporting the delivery of change from inception through to implementation. This role would suit someone who can hit the ground running and quickly get up to speed with existing gas industry processes.
