Job summary

Gazelle Global is seeking a Business Analyst with strong Utilities Markets experience to support an energy-focused technology programme in Wokingham. This hands-on role translates complex business requirements into practical technology outcomes, through collaboration with stakeholders, product owners and technical teams.

This role requires a solid understanding of electricity and gas markets, trading, settlement, market operations and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in utilities/energy markets analysis and requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with trading, settlement and market operations.
• Proficiency with BPMN, Visio or Lucidchart.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements definition, process mapping and gap analysis.
• Conduct workshops and assist UAT across market initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners and technical teams to translate business needs into technology solutions.
