Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group, Wakefield, is seeking a Business Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role offers hybrid working with office presence required on Tuesdays and collaboration with project managers/IT to deliver system-powered improvements.

You will map and analyse end-to-end processes, gather requirements across departments, and translate business needs into actionable insights. Strong stakeholder management and ERP experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Strong understanding of business processes across multiple functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Understanding of project lifecycles.
• Process mapping skills (e.g. Microsoft Visio).
• Background in food manufacturing or similar industries.

Location: Wakefield Office

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, Hybrid working required in the office every Tuesday

About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you’ll work either independently or alongside a Project Manager depending on project scale delivering business-critical initiatives across the company. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to understand end-to-end processes and help deliver effective, systems-based solutions.
