Role Title: Business Analyst

2. Reporting of key force/automation benefits and maintaining process documentation.

Required Skills and Experience:

3. Strong communication skills for walkthroughs, workshops, and upskilling.
4. Ability to collaborate well with stakeholders and team members.
5. Understanding of RPA concepts and tools for automation identification and documentation.

7. Proven track record of detailed process design and definition, preferably for RPA.
