We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Analyst with product ownership experience to join our team. You will be responsible for producing robust requirements and overseeing the development phase of key business systems.

This role is remote, requiring close collaboration with business stakeholders to define requirements, create detailed documentation, and ensure solutions align with business goals. You will also provide ongoing guidance and support to developers and stakeholders to facilitate successful system implementation.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and produce clear documentation for the development team.
• Process Analysis: Identify and document existing processes, suggesting improvements and optimizations.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and insights.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing to ensure quality standards are met.
• Product Ownership: Manage the development lifecycle of key components from inception to deployment.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Support stakeholders throughout development, testing, and implementation phases.
• Project and Resource Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet requirements and quality standards.
• Risk Management: Report risks and contribute to mitigation solutions.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Ensure clear communication across teams during system development.
• Knowledge Sharing: Promote continuous learning within the team.

Key Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including implementation and customization.
• Strong skills in business process modeling and analysis techniques.
• Proficiency with Power BI and client portals.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to challenge assumptions and drive solutions effectively.
