Job summary

Anson McCade is seeking a Contract Business Analyst to join a major public sector digital transformation programme. The role offers up to £450 per day inside IR35, with hybrid work and two days on-site per month in Manchester or Leeds.

The BA will elicit and document requirements, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and shape user-centred digital services within an Agile framework. Strong experience in delivering user stories and managing requirements is essential.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a major public sector digital transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly collaborative Agile environment, helping to shape and deliver user-centred digital services.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the public sector
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
• Extensive experience writing user stories and managing requirements
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Desirable

• Experience working within the GDS framework
• Previous involvement in Discovery and/or Alpha phases of digital projects
• Experience delivering user-centred digital services
