Job summary

Anson McCade is seeking an experienced Contract Business Analyst to join a major public sector digital transformation programme in the UK. The role is Inside IR35 and offers a rate up to £450 per day, with hybrid working and two days on-site per month in Manchester or Leeds.

You will elicit and analyse requirements, facilitate workshops, and contribute to user-centred digital services in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the public sector.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Extensive experience writing user stories and managing requirements.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a major public sector digital transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly collaborative Agile environment, helping to shape and deliver user-centred digital services.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the public sector
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
• Extensive experience writing user stories and managing requirements
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Desirable

• Experience working within the GDS framework
• Previous involvement in Discovery and/or Alpha phases of digital projects
• Experience delivering user-centred digital services
