Anson McCade is seeking a Contract Business Analyst to join a major public sector digital transformation programme in the UK. The role offers a daily rate up to £450, with Inside IR35 and a hybrid setup requiring two days on-site per week in Manchester or Leeds.

The successful candidate will elicit and document business requirements, write user stories, and support Agile delivery, helping shape user-centred digital services across multiple areas.

Contract Business Analyst

Up to £450 per day | Inside IR35 | Manchester or Leeds (2 days onsite per Month)

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a major public sector digital transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly collaborative Agile environment, helping to shape and deliver user-centred digital services.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the public sector
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
• Extensive experience writing user stories and managing requirements
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Desirable

• Experience working within the GDS framework
• Previous involvement in Discovery and/or Alpha phases of digital projects
• Experience delivering user-centred digital services
